What is Rushkey KEYS

Rushkey KEYS is a select group of students from North and South Campus who help incoming students and parents find verified PGs near campus. No cold calling. No sitting at a desk. Just walking people to rooms that are already sorted.

The role

You meet students and parents, understand what they need, and walk or guide them to the right verified room in Rushkey's network. Your first 5 conversions earn a flat ₹5,000 bonus. Every conversion after that earns ₹500 more, uncapped.

What this is NOT

Not a call centre job. Not a desk internship. Not door-to-door sales. You are the person who already knows every lane near campus. You're just making that useful.

The name

K.E.Y.S. stands for Know Every Street. Because that is exactly what you do better than anyone else. And yes, you also literally hold the key to students finding a home in Delhi.

Bilkul nahi. Convert your first 5 leads and you earn a flat ₹5,000. After that, every conversion earns ₹500 more. You don't recruit anyone below you, you don't have targets that make you bother your family, and there is zero investment required from you. Connect students to verified PGs, earn per conversion.
How does the ₹5,000 + ₹500 payout actually work? +
Your first 5 verified conversions together earn a flat ₹5,000 bonus, paid once you hit that fifth conversion. From your 6th conversion onward, you earn ₹500 for every single one, with no upper limit. The more you convert past the first 5, the more you take home.
How does Rushkey verify a conversion? +
When a student you referred visits a Rushkey-listed PG and shows genuine intent (fills a form, asks for availability, or makes a visit), that logs as a conversion on the KEYS dashboard. You can track every single one in real time. No confusion, no disputes.
Is this only for admission season or is it ongoing? +
The peak earning window is July and August during admission season. But Rushkey KEYS continues year-round. Students switch PGs mid-semester, new students arrive for second-semester admissions, and our PG network keeps growing. Top KEYS performers move into long-term intern roles after the peak season.
What if I don't convert anyone on a given day? +
Then you earn zero that day. This is not a fixed-pay role. It is performance-based. But based on the traffic near DU during admission season, most KEYS who put in 3-4 hours near college gates during peak days are averaging 4-6 conversions easily. The opportunity is real if you show up.
What does the long-term internship look like? +
Top KEYS performers get absorbed into Rushkey's operations team as paid interns. Roles include community management, property onboarding support, and campus growth. You will receive a formal offer letter, monthly stipend, and an LOR from the founders. Selection happens after the first month of performance data.
I study at a South Campus college. Can I still apply? +
Yes, that is exactly who we want. We are building teams across both campuses. If you know the lanes around Gargi, Venky, LSR, JNU Gate, or Saket well, you are the right person. Select South Campus when you apply.
